SCOPE APSE Launches Training for CPSE Executives
In a recent initiative to enhance the capabilities of executives within Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), the SCOPE Academy of Public Sector Enterprises (APSE) introduced an Executive Development Program specifically tailored for junior and mid-level managers. The program was officially inaugurated by Shri Atul Sobti, the Director General of SCOPE.
The training event saw participation from 35 executives representing 16 different CPSEs from across India. This development program, which lasted a week, was centered around the theme “The Career Journey to Personal Effectiveness.” It aimed to prepare the executives to effectively manage the challenges presented by today’s dynamic and uncertain market landscape.
Program Highlights and Conclusion
The program culminated with a closing session where Smt. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, Director (HR) at the Central Warehousing Corporation and a member of the SCOPE Executive Board, took the stage. She addressed the attendees and had the honor of distributing certificates to all the participants, marking their successful completion of the program.
SCOPE continues to demonstrate its commitment to enriching the skills of employees across various levels in CPSEs through regular workshops and training sessions as part of its broader capacity building efforts.
