About the DAKSH Leadership Program
DAKSH, an acronym for Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession, and Harmony, is a pioneering leadership development initiative. This program is specially designed by SCOPE and CBC to prepare high-potential executives for board-level positions. The program’s curriculum is crafted to instill advanced leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of the evolving dynamics within various industries.
The third batch of the program, with ISB serving as the Knowledge and Academic Partner, aims to deepen leadership competencies in several critical areas, including:
- Strategic decision-making
- Governance and risk management
- Navigation of stakeholder ecosystems
- Digital transformation
- Leadership in dynamic and large organizational settings
The continuation of this program with ISB underscores a mutual commitment to nurturing leadership capacities that align with the demands of today’s fast-evolving business landscape, particularly within India’s Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs).
Impact and Future Prospects
The signing of this agreement not only reaffirms the enduring partnership between SCOPE, CBC, and ISB but also marks a significant milestone in the journey of the DAKSH program. By gearing up for its third batch, DAKSH continues to play a crucial role in shaping the leadership framework of India’s public sector, ensuring that it remains robust, adaptable, and forward-thinking.
As these leaders progress through the DAKSH program, they are expected to emerge as visionary figures capable of steering their respective organizations towards greater heights in an increasingly complex global market.
This initiative reflects a shared vision among the partners to foster a legacy of impactful leadership that contributes significantly to the growth and sustainability of India’s public enterprises.
