NBCC Announces Financial Achievements for Q3 and 9M of FY26

NBCC (India) Limited, a prestigious Navratna CPSE, has disclosed its financial results for both the third quarter and the first nine months of fiscal year 2026, which concluded on December 31, 2025. These results highlight significant growth and robust performance across its operations.

Financial Highlights

The company demonstrated a remarkable financial performance with significant increases in both revenue and profits:

Consolidated Revenue: Reached Rs. 8328.82 Cr in 9M FY26, marking a 12.55% increase from Rs. 7399.93 Cr in 9M FY25. Standalone Revenue: Achieved Rs. 5841.56 Cr in 9M FY26, up by 5.98% from Rs. 5511.73 Cr in the previous year. Order Book: The group’s robust order book was reported at Rs. 1,26,790 Cr as of December 31, 2025. Quarterly Growth Details

For the third quarter of FY26, NBCC reported:

Consolidated Revenue from Operations: Rs. 3022.39 Cr, a 7.59% increase from Rs. 2809.07 Cr in Q3 FY25. Standalone Revenue from Operations: Rs. 2087.54 Cr, up by 2.84% from Rs. 2029.88 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) and Profit After Tax (PAT) Growth: On a standalone basis, PBT rose by 49.10% and PAT by 52.88%. On a consolidated basis, PBT and PAT increased by 33.93% and 38.47%, respectively. Performance Analysis for 9M FY26

Examining the nine-month period ended December 2025, NBCC showed substantial financial growth:

PBT on Standalone Basis: Increased by 39.74%, from Rs. 443.53 Cr in 9M FY25 to Rs. 619.79 Cr in 9M FY26. PAT on Standalone Basis: Rose by 42.58%, from Rs. 338.92 Cr to Rs. 483.23 Cr. PBT on Consolidated Basis: Climbed by 28.27%, reaching Rs. 649.03 Cr compared to Rs. 505.97 Cr in the prior year. PAT on Consolidated Basis: Increased by 30.47%, from Rs. 374.76 Cr to Rs. 488.94 Cr.

The consistent upward trajectory in NBCC’s financial metrics underscores its strong market position and operational efficiency. With a substantial order book and growing revenues, NBCC is well-positioned for sustained growth in the upcoming periods.
