EIL Sets New Records: Q3 2025 Financial Highlights

On February 12, 2026, Engineers India Limited (EIL) announced a substantial improvement in its financial results for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025, showcasing impressive operational efficiency and continuous positive momentum within the company.

In the third quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26, EIL achieved a significant 59% increase in its operational revenues, reaching ₹1,194 crore, a notable rise from the same quarter the previous year. This period also saw a remarkable increase in profitability, with the company’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) climbing by 235% to ₹395 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) escalating by 242% to ₹302 crore compared to the year-ago quarter.

Looking at the performance for the first nine months of the fiscal year, EIL’s operational revenue totaled ₹2,951 crore, marking a 45% increase from the same period in the previous year. The PBT for these nine months was ₹639 crore, and the PAT reached ₹487 crore, up by 119% compared to last year.

On a consolidated basis, EIL reported a 219% increase in profit for the quarter, totaling ₹347 crore as of December 2025. The consolidated profit for the nine-month period was ₹496 crore, a 65% increase from the previous year.

EIL continues to see a positive business outlook, bolstered by a strong and growing order book. As of the end of the third quarter, the order book value stood at ₹12,538 crore, comprised of 60% consultancy services and 40% turnkey projects. Following the addition of significant new projects, the value of the order book has escalated to about ₹15,670 crore to date, reaching a record high and promising robust revenue prospects ahead.
