Strategic Partnership Formed Between Engineers India Limited and Aramco Asia India
In a significant development on November 21, 2025, Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd. (AAI) have formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement marks a pivotal step towards exploring collaborative opportunities in establishing a new branch office aligned with EIL’s broad service spectrum.
The official signing ceremony was graced by key figures including Mr. Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial) of EIL, and Mr. Jamal Al Enazy, Director of Aramco Asia Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Notable attendees supporting the event were Ms. Vartika Shukla, C&MD of EIL, Mr. Khalid Al Hajri, Vice President of Saudi Aramco’s Procurement Department, and Mr. Abdulrahman Y. Althukair, Managing Director of AAI.
Located under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, EIL is recognized as a leading engineering consultancy organization. It offers comprehensive services from concept to commissioning in various sectors including oil and gas, petroleum refining, metals, fertilizers, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
On the other side, AAI operates as a fully owned subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, which is a global leader in integrated energy and chemical solutions. AAI plays a crucial role in facilitating India’s access to international resources and expertise, managing services related to crude oil, petroleum products, and other essential energy commodities.
The collaboration between EIL and AAI is expected to enhance the business scope and commercial feasibility of new projects, strengthening the long-term business relationship between the two entities.
