New Delhi: Dr. M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning) at HUDCO, emphasized the importance of these training sessions in his closing remarks. “The Master Trainer initiative, part of Mission Karmayogi, plays a vital role in enhancing the skills of our workforce to effectively tackle the demands of contemporary governance and administrative tasks. By fostering a comprehensive understanding and implementation of competency-based frameworks, we ensure that our services are not only efficient but also empathetic and responsive to the needs of the citizens.”
The event also featured a special session on the implementation of digital tools in public service delivery, led by Ms. Swati Sharma, a senior analyst from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. She highlighted the transformative potential of digital technologies in enhancing the transparency and accessibility of government services. “Digital platforms like iGOT-Karmayogi and PedGog are not just tools for learning but are pivotal in building a digitally empowered administration that can deliver services at the doorstep of the common man,” Sharma explained.
The programme concluded with a panel discussion on the future of public administration in India, with panelists from various MoHUA organisations. The discussion centered around integrating the learnings from the training into daily governance practices and exploring further opportunities for using technology to streamline processes.

Mr. Rajiv Kumar, a newly trained Master Trainer from the National Institute of Urban Affairs, shared, “The training equipped us with not only the necessary skills but also a renewed mindset towards public service.
