BPCL Champions Sustainable Growth with Launch of #TheGoodPrint Initiative

Mumbai : In a significant push towards a sustainable future, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a prominent player in the global energy sector and a Fortune Global 500 company, has unveiled its #TheGoodPrint initiative aimed at enhancing the adoption of natural gas across various sectors. This initiative represents BPCL’s commitment to steering India towards a cleaner energy landscape.

Key Campaigns Under #TheGoodPrint

BPCL’s Gas Business vertical is spearheading this movement through two major campaigns, each designed to target different segments of the economy:

  • AHA CNG (5th September – 4th November 2025)
    • Offers a ₹6,000 CNG fuel voucher for customers who either convert their existing vehicles to CNG or purchase new CNG vehicles.
    • Positions CNG as an intelligent, cost-efficient, and environmentally friendly solution for transportation.
  • PNG Utsav (1st September – 31st October 2025)
    • Provides new Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections at zero connection charges specifically to hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and other commercial enterprises.
    • Emphasizes the safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental benefits of PNG, along with its convenience of continuous supply.

Shri Shubhankar Sen, Director (Marketing) at BPCL, remarked, “Natural gas is pivotal in India’s shift towards more sustainable energy solutions. Through #TheGoodPrint, we aim to make sustainable choices more accessible, economical, and appealing. Our initiatives like ‘AHA CNG’ and ‘PNG Utsav’ are testament to our dedication to not only fuel India’s development but also to safeguard our environment.”

Shri Rahul Tandon, Business Head (Gas) at BPCL, shared his views stating, “Our approach at BPCL Gas Business is focused on more than energy delivery; it’s about fostering a sustainable future. The #TheGoodPrint initiative integrates sustainability into our operational, communication, and customer engagement strategies. Our efforts are geared towards empowering communities and businesses to join India’s journey towards clean energy.”

Expanding BPCL’s Network

BPCL is aggressively expanding its City Gas Distribution (CGD) network, which currently spans 26 geographic areas directly, with an additional 26 areas managed through joint ventures. This expansion helps BPCL cover nearly 20% of India’s population, reinforcing its role in the nation’s clean energy transition and environmental sustainability under the banner of Pollution ka #TheGoodPrint Solution.

By capitalizing on strategic initiatives like #TheGoodPrint, BPCL continues to contribute significantly to India’s growth narrative while promoting collective environmental responsibility.
