(Gzb)On December 14, 2019, Division D of Toastmaster International District 41 held its semi-annual conference called “Discoveration-2019” in IMS Ghaziabad. Toastmaster is Leadership and Communication Development Program.
The conference was started by District 41 Program Quality Director Nimish Joseph with a greeting message. About 100 toastmasters from Noida and Ghaziabad participated in this conference. Many cultural activities were presented in this program. The highlight of the event was the “Speech Evaluation” and “Humorous Speech ” contests. The event ran for 6 hours with Immediate Past District Director DTM Sandeep Raturi as Chief Judge, Contest Chair as Toastmaster Shahid Anwar Rafi, and Contest Master as Toastmaster Amilia Syed. 
Area Directors of Division D i.e. Pritish Acharya, Deepa Goyal, Smita Sen Gupta, Abhinav Bhardwaj, Divjot Kaur and members of the Division Council Shreyasi Karan, Madhuri Shreya, Mohit Jain, and Karan Chawla has contributed to the conference.The competition was among the winners of more than 15 clubs which is won by Toastmaster Akul (Evaluation contest) and Toastmaster Ajay Philip (Humorous Contest).
Aman Dhingra, media in-charge of the Division D conference said that Division D Director TM Syed Amiliyaa congratulated the winners for the District 41 Oration Conference where the winners from Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Bangladesh will compete among themselves. Toastmaster Abhinav wished that the winners of District 41 would be from Noida and Ghaziabad area.
