New Delhi: On February 24, 2026, the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) nearly completed the interview process for candidates vying for the position of Director of Human Resources at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The candidates are eagerly awaiting the results of these interviews.
The outcome of these interviews is highly anticipated, as it will determine who will next lead the human resources department of one of the nation’s major outlet companies. According to a specialist from NewsIP, Mr. P Kumar has emerged as a strong contender for the role.
However, the extent to which Mr. Kumar has managed to persuade the board during his interview remains to be seen. Notably, the decision regarding the appointment of BPCL’s next CMD (Chairman and Managing Director) is still shrouded in secrecy.
