New Delhi: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has recently announced a series of appointments to its senior management team. This strategic move involves promoting several executives, predominantly to the position of Executive Director across various departments and regional offices.
The newly appointed executive directors include Manas Ranjan Dwibedy, who will oversee Health, Safety, and Environment at the Corporate Office, and Prakash Abraham, who takes the helm of Employee Relations at the same location. Sanjib Biswas has been appointed as Director (MO-LPG) at the Grade ‘I’ level at the Oil Industry Safety Directorate in Noida.
In addition, G R K Murthy will now be responsible for Projects at the Refineries Headquarters, while R R Raje will manage Human Resources at the same division. Samarendra Nath Jha has been named Executive Director for Corporate Communications and Branding at the Corporate Office.
R. Ravichandran has been appointed as the Executive Director of Operations at the Marketing Head Office. In the Research and Development Centre, Sarvesh Kumar will take charge of Hydrotreating & Technical Services.
Further, Nitin Bhatnagar and A. K. Samantaray are set to lead the IndianOil AOD State Office and Bihar State Office, respectively, as State Heads. Rajiv Sreshta will fulfil a similar role at the Uttar Pradesh State Office II.
Other notable appointments include B Navnith, who will be responsible for Corporate Strategy at the Corporate Office, and Sumit Basu, taking over as Executive Director (Polymer) at BD CO. Sanjay Bhandari will serve as the State Head at the Uttar Pradesh State Office.
Puneet Agarwal has been named Executive Director for Business Development at BD CO, with Saroj Kant Roy overseeing PC-Aromatics & Chemicals in the same division. Nitin Kumar will lead Corporate Finance & Treasury at the Corporate Office.
Finally, Ms. Madhavi B. Patra will take on the role of Executive Director for Internal Audit at the Corporate Office, and Girish Ranjan will manage the Director Marketing Secretariat at the Marketing Head Office. These changes reflect IOCL’s commitment to enhancing leadership across its various divisions and strengthening its corporate strategy.
