Since 2014, the count has skyrocketed from 800 to an impressive More than 81,00, indicating a strong trend towards alternative fuel sources.
The event, organized by the All India Petrol Dealers Association, brought together petrol pump dealers from all corners of the country. Notable figures such as Harsh Malhotra, the Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways, Amit Garg from BPCL, Saumito Srivastava from IOC, and Raj Dubey from BPCL also shared their perspectives and recommendations during the gathering.
This surge in interest in CNG pump dealerships mirrors the growing demand for sustainable energy options in the nation and underscores the changing dynamics of the industry. With the government’s emphasis on promoting eco-friendly energy solutions and curbing carbon emissions, the expansion of CNG pump networks plays a pivotal role in achieving these environmental objectives.
