Goa, January 30, 2026: In a significant advancement towards diversifying and expanding its operations, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) executed 23 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) during India Energy Week 2026. These agreements are geared towards enhancing BPCL’s role in both traditional and futuristic energy markets, including its trading and mobility sectors, indicating robust growth trajectories and increased market integration.
The MoUs are anticipated to generate substantial value, fortify supply channels, and spur innovation, which are in line with the nation’s changing energy demands and sustainability objectives. – A collaboration with GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited to construct a 56-km pipeline for aviation turbine fuel from Malkapur to Hyderabad Airport. – An agreement with Alpla India Pvt Ltd aimed at enhancing safety and innovation within the Bharatgas LPG framework. – A partnership with Trafigura to secure a long-term crude supply from Iraqi and Omani sources, augmenting BPCL’s sourcing diversity. – Continued crude oil supply cooperation with Petrobras. – A procurement contract with TotalEnergies for UAE crude oil, enhancing BPCL’s global sourcing capabilities. – Agreements with GSPL India Gasnet Limited and GSPL India Transco Limited to expand access to major national gas transportation networks. – An initiative with Motozen Solutions Pvt Ltd to develop co-branded CNG kits for GoodPrint Garage, promoting gas-based mobility. – A Master LNG Sale and Purchase agreement with BP Singapore PTE Ltd for flexible LNG sourcing
