NBCC finishes 32,500 Amrapali homes; standalone PAT at 703.29 crore

New Delhi: NBCC put more than 32,500 Amrapali houses on the handover list in FY 2025-26. The same year standalone profit after tax rose 47.72% to ₹703.29 crore. Profit before tax on a standalone basis rose 45.00% to ₹913.13 crore. Consolidated PBT was ₹991.32 crore. Consolidated PAT was ₹742.45 crore.

The live issue is possession. Families who paid for flats in the stalled Amrapali belt are the users of this work. Markets watching the stock see the profit line move at the same time keys start to move.

The builder is running 38,000 units in 25 projects. Sanctioned value is ₹8,598 crore. Completion has crossed 32,500. Transfer to owners is in progress.

PMC work sat beside that site load. The e-auction of Bharat Business Park at Sarojini Nagar recorded the highest sale value in NBCC’s books. The note does not give the bid total.

Training ran through the year. One hundred thirty-seven courses were held with national institutes. Subjects named: technical skill, leadership, governance, sustainability, regulation. Forty-five officers went through the Leadership Excellence Programme at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Kolkata and IIM J&K.

For the year the record is a mix of keys, a commercial auction high and a mid-forties rise in standalone profit. NBCC’s work in this update is project management consultancy, the Amrapali stock in Noida and Greater Noida, and officer courses.
