NEW DELHI, Sept. 16 —NBCC (India) Limited held its 66th Annual General Meeting recently through video conferencing, where Chairman and Managing Director Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy briefed shareholders on FY 2025-26 performance, a ₹1,27,820 crore order book and growth plans across redevelopment, real estate, infrastructure and overseas markets.

The results underline NBCC’s expanding role in India’s urban redevelopment and public infrastructure pipeline. The company reported higher revenue, stronger profit growth and large project mandates, while continuing work on stalled housing, government redevelopment and overseas infrastructure projects.

NBCC recorded consolidated revenue of ₹13,195.89 crore in FY 2025-26, up 7.52%. Consolidated profit after tax rose 33.19% to ₹742.45 crore. On a standalone basis, total income stood at ₹10,055.45 crore, while PAT reached ₹703.29 crore, a rise of 47.72%. The company secured consolidated business worth ₹18,780 crore during the year. Its consolidated order book stood at ₹1,27,820 crore as of March 31, 2026.

The company also declared its highest-ever dividend of ₹270 crore, equal to 100%. This included a final dividend of ₹0.46 per fully paid-up equity share of ₹1, along with three interim dividends of ₹0.21, ₹0.21 and ₹0.12 per share.

NBCC continued major housing and redevelopment work. In the Amrapali projects, it is executing 38,000 residential units with a sanctioned value of ₹8,598 crore. More than 32,550 homes have been completed and are being handed over. Under Phase-II, NBCC is developing more housing and monetising unused floor area ratio to support project viability.

Following the Supreme Court’s endorsement, NBCC is also overseeing completion of nearly 50,000 stalled units across 16 Supertech projects. The work carries an estimated topline of ₹10,000 crore and follows a self-sustainable model without use of NBCC’s own funds.

KP Swami is taking charge of cmd of nbcc“NBCC’s growth strategy remains anchored in redevelopment, project management consultancy, real estate development, asset monetisation, sustainable infrastructure and overseas expansion,” Dr. Mahadevaswamy told shareholders.

 

NBCC reported progress in seven GPRA redevelopment projects, Amrapali projects and other urban redevelopment works. The company marked the inauguration of more than 1,600 government residential units and office infrastructure, along with the foundation laying of more than 6,600 GPRA flats and eight towers of Bharat Business Park.

The company also generated overseas revenue of ₹211.12 crore during the year. It established NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC in Dubai, becoming the first CPSE to enter Dubai’s real estate sector. NBCC also strengthened engagement in Australia, Seychelles, Mauritius and the Maldives, including its social housing project in Hulhumalé.

NBCC (India) Limited is a Navratna central public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. The company works in project management consultancy, redevelopment, real estate and infrastructure development in India and select overseas markets.
