Shri R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director of THDC India Limited, expressed immense pride in the organization’s recent achievement of the prestigious Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) Certification under IS/ISO 37001:2016.

This certification serves as a testament to THDCIL’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all its operations.

The recognition bestowed upon THDCIL by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for its Corporate Office in Rishikesh and NCR Office in Kaushambi signifies a significant milestone in the company’s journey towards fostering trust among stakeholders and enhancing its global reputation.

Shri Vishnoi highlighted that this milestone not only strengthens stakeholder confidence but also sets new benchmarks in transparency and corporate responsibility, aligning THDCIL with both national priorities and global best practices.

Ms. Rashmita Jha (IRS), Chief Vigilance Officer of THDCIL, emphasized that the ABMS Certification underscores the organization’s firm dedication to integrity, transparency, and sustainable development. This achievement underscores THDCIL’s commitment to ethical governance and reinforces its stance against bribery in all forms.

The presentation of the certificate to Ms. Rashmita Jha by BIS officers at a special ceremony held at the NCR Office was a momentous occasion, attended by esteemed officials including Executive Director Shri Neeraj Verma and Dy. CVO/GM (Vigilance) Shri Satish Kumar Arya.

The subsequent ceremonial presentation of the certification to Shri R. K. Vishnoi at the Corporate Office in Rishikesh further underscored the organization’s commitment to ethical practices in the presence of senior officials and dignitaries.

By achieving the ABMS Certification (IS/ISO 37001:2016), THDCIL has solidified its position as a reputable organization within the power sector, attracting clients and partners who prioritize ethical conduct. This certification not only signifies compliance with anti-bribery regulations but also reinforces trust and accountability at every level of the organization.

As the equity of THDCIL is jointly held by NTPC and GoUP, this certification not only reflects the organization’s commitment to ethical governance but also positions it as a distinguished entity in the industry. Moving forward, THDCIL remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of corporate ethics and integrity in all its endeavors.
