19-10-2026 | Delhi | NewsIP Bureau : SCOPE and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) have launched the Practitioners’ Learning and Action Network on Energy Transition (PLANET) for PSUs, with a workshop focused on climate-related disclosures for public sector enterprises (PSEs).
The workshop, convened following a recent memorandum of understanding between the organisations, was addressed by Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, and Christopher Beaton, Director of the Energy Program at IISD.
The initiative aims to strengthen the energy transition of PSEs by bringing together enterprises, practitioners, experts and other stakeholders to discuss relevant issues and develop solutions. The organisers said the network is intended to help participants build a unified voice through deliberations and discussion.
