New Delhi, April 25, 2024: Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) marked its 54th Foundation Day with a grand celebration held at the prestigious India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.
The event was graced by the presence of Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD HUDCO, who commended the dedication and hard work of the organization’s employees. He emphasized, “Our journey spanning over five decades stands as a testament to the vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment of our esteemed leaders, supported by successive governments and our stakeholders, including borrowing agencies.” He proudly announced that HUDCO’s efforts have been duly recognized by the Government of India, granting it the esteemed “Navratna” status. “The dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment of our shared vision have propelled us to achieve significant milestones,” he added.
As part of the celebrations, awards were conferred upon stakeholders, agencies, and HUDCO employees for their outstanding contributions. Additionally, HUDCO released several publications, including HUDCO Design Awards – 2023-24, SHELTER, HUDCO Darpan, Awaas Dhwani, Meru Sandesh, Madhya Sandesh, Johaar, and various other magazines, showcasing the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
