Mangalore, 25 March 2025: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has announced that Shri Devendra Kumar has officially taken charge as Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
With a distinguished career spanning 34 years in Finance and Accounts, including 15 years at ONGC VideshLtd., he brings vast expertise in business development, mergers & acquisitions, strategy, capital budgeting, risk analysis, treasury, and international operations. His leadership experience extends across multiple onshore and offshore ONGC units, including global assignments.
A management postgraduate from IIM Ahmedabad (PGDM 1995) and an electrical engineering graduate, Shri Devendra Kumar has been recognized for his strategic acumen in financial planning and investment management. His appointment has been seen as a crucial step in MRPL’s financial growth and industry positioning.
