New Delhi, June 24, 2026: Strengthening their enduring collaboration, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) and Engineers India Limited (EIL) inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on June 22, 2026.
Under this pact, HCL will tap EIL’s expertise for consultancy services, engineering support, project oversight, safety assessments, integrity evaluations, sustainability initiatives, and sophisticated technical innovations centered on copper, critical minerals, and rare earth elements.
The tie-up aims to enhance HCL’s broad, vertically integrated activities ranging from mineral prospecting and comprehensive mining to smelting, refining, and downstream processing.
The formal ceremony took place at EIL’s Corporate Office here, attended by HCL Chairman and Managing Director Shri Sanjiv Kumar Singh, along with EIL leadership and top executives from both entities.
