GAIL (India) Limited and Hindustan Copper Limited Join Forces to Advance Critical Mineral Resources

New Delhi, August 7, 2025 – Two major players in the Indian mineral resources arena, GAIL (India) Limited and Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), have inked a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to combine their expertise in exploring and developing critical mineral resources within India and on a global scale.
The MoU was formalized by Shri Sanjay Agarwal, Executive Director (Business Development and Exploration & Production) of GAIL, and Shri Binod Kumar Gupta, Executive Director (Mining)- Resource Planning at HCL. The signing ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri R.K. Singhal, Director (Business Development) at GAIL, and Shri Sanjeev K. Singh, the Chairman and Managing Director of HCL, alongside senior officials from both organizations.
