New Delhi, July 8: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has issued a formal notification inviting applications for the post of Director (Human Resources) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), one of India’s leading state-owned oil marketing companies.
The vacancy has arisen as the current Director (HR) is nearing the end of their tenure. In line with standard procedure, PESB has initiated the process to fill the position to ensure continuity in BPCL’s senior leadership.
However, there is still no official update regarding the appointment process for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of BPCL. The selection for this critical leadership role is expected to be conducted by a Search-cum-Selection Committee, but no timeline or related developments have been made public so far.
The move to fill the Director (HR) position comes at a time when BPCL continues to play a vital role in India’s energy landscape, particularly in petroleum refining and marketing.
