Ministry of Coal Conducts Second Batch of Large-Scale Intervention Under Rashtriya Karmayogi Program

New Delhi: The Ministry of Coal successfully conducted the second batch of Large-Scale Intervention under the Rashtriya Karmayogi program, aimed at fostering the spirit of Sewa Bhaav among officials.

The training session was led by Master Trainers Mr. Sudheer Babu Motana, Deputy Secretary, MoC, and Mr. Ram Kumar, Deputy Secretary, MoC. Their efforts were supported by Uzair Simnani, Program Coordinator from the Capacity Building Commission.

This initiative has been designed to enhance the efficiency and commitment of officials through structured capacity-building exercises. By participating in such programs, officers are being equipped with the necessary skills and values to serve with greater dedication.

The Rashtriya Karmayogi program continues to play a crucial role in transforming governance by instilling a service-oriented mindset in government officials.
