An MBA in Human Resources and a PhD holder in Business Administration, Dr. Baruah is also certified in IPMA Project Management and accredited in Psychometric Testing. His extensive experience spans critical HR domains, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and change management, all of which have been instrumental in shaping OIL’s workforce strategies.
