SCOPE and ICSI join hands to boost corporate governance
A knowledge partnership was forged between Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to strengthen corporate governance in public enterprises.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was inked by SCOPE Director General Shri Atul Sobti and ICSI President CS Manish Gupta. Smt. B. K. Sokhey, Director (F) of NBCC and Chairperson of SCOPE Committee of Financial Management, CS Ashish Mohan, Secretary of ICSI, and other senior officials witnessed the signing ceremony.
The MoU aims to enhance the capacities and capabilities of public enterprises to align their corporate strategy and decision-making with the highest benchmarks of corporate governance.
