In a significant financial contribution to the Indian Treasury, NBCC (India) Limited and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) have collectively handed over dividend cheques totaling ₹71.79 crore. This substantial sum represents the payouts for the Final Dividend of the fiscal year 2024-25 and the Interim Dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26.
The breakdown of the contributions is as follows: NBCC has allocated ₹23.34 crore for the Final Dividend of FY 2024-25 and a further ₹35.01 crore for the Interim Dividend of FY 2025-26. HSCL, on the other hand, has contributed ₹11.25 crore towards the Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 and ₹2.19 crore for the Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.
The ceremonial handover of the dividend cheques was carried out in the presence of Shri Manohar Lal, the Hon’ble Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Minister of Power. Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, the Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC and Chairman of HSCL, presented the cheques.
This event was also attended by key officials from both organizations, including NBCC’s Functional Directors, Shri Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), and Shri Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance).
This financial gesture underscores the robust financial management and commitment to corporate governance by these prominent CPSEs, reflecting their pivotal role in bolstering the national economy through regular dividend contributions.
