IndianOil Corporation Limited Achieves Record Highs in 2024-25
Synopsis

(By Z A Ansari) The IndianOil Corporation Limited, under the leadership of Chairman A S Sahney, has wrapped up the fiscal year 2024-25 with remarkable achievements across product sales, refining, and pipeline operations. The company has also intensified its transition towards green energy, marking a significant shift in its operational focus.
Chairman Sahney emphasized the success of the company’s petrochemical segment, which witnessed a production of 3.23 million metric tons (MMT) and sales totaling 3.24 MMT, both of which are the highest ever recorded. This growth was supported by the introduction of new and enhanced polymer grades tailored for packaging, automotive, and appliance applications.
The approval of 16 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) including renowned brands such as Crompton, P&G, and Panasonic further boosted the segment’s performance.
The recent inauguration of a 90 KTA Normal Butyl Alcohol plant in Gujarat and a surge in exports to Nepal have reinforced the petrochemical vertical’s position in the market. Additionally, the company’s recycled polymer brand, CYCLOPLAST, achieved a milestone by recording its highest annual sales figure of 220 million units.
IndianOil Corporation Limited’s strategic investments, coupled with the implementation of innovative projects like Project SPRINT, are steering the organization towards becoming a forward-thinking and diversified energy leader, prepared for the demands of the future.
