Indraprastha Gas Limited Announces Strategic Partnership with MASAH Construction for Saudi Natural Gas Projects
Mumbai, November 13, 2025: Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), a frontrunner in India’s City Gas Distribution (CGD) sector, has officially partnered with MASAH Construction Company from Saudi Arabia to develop and manage natural gas distribution systems in major industrial cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
This significant alliance represents IGL’s inaugural foray into the international market, aligning with its strategic goals to widen its global presence and promote eco-friendly energy alternatives.
The partnership agreement was inked with notable figures in attendance, including H.E. Mr. Khaled Al Khattaf, CEO of the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority (SIPA), Mr. Waleed H. Al Orainan, Secretary General of the Federation of Saudi Chambers, alongside IGL’s Chairman Mr. Raj Kumar Dubey and Managing Director Mr. Kamal Kishore Chatiwal. The official signatories of the agreement were Mr. Mohit Bhatia, IGL’s Director (Commercial), and Mr. Mohammed Abdul Nayeem, Chairman of MASAH Construction Company.
Mr. Kamal Kishore Chatiwal expressed his enthusiasm about the venture, stating:
