DAKSH 3 Academic Journey Begins at ISB Hyderabad for Senior PSE Leaders. The third cohort of DAKSH has begun its academic journey. Shri Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, inaugurated the educational immersion of SCOPE and CBC’s flagship leadership program for senior Public Sector leaders at ISB, Hyderabad.
Seventy-two top-tier executives from 21 PSEs across the country have gathered for the intensive six-day educational immersion. The gathering sets the stage for a robust, future-ready public sector.
Addressing the participants, Shri Atul Sobti described the program as a first-of-its-kind transformative and immersive leadership journey that blends academic, global, industry and practical experiences. He urged the cohort to maximise diverse peer perspectives, embrace discomfort and stay open to unlearning and relearning. Building on the success of the first two cohorts, the immersion delivers an integrated experience that combines classroom instruction with real-world industry and leadership immersions.
The curriculum addresses critical modern challenges including Purpose-Driven Leadership, Digital & AI-Enabled Transformation and Strategic Renewal. Participants engage with pioneering enterprises and refine their leadership strategies for a rapidly evolving landscape.
DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony) is a 12-month immersive learning journey. Designed to be future-focused, it equips participants with the strategic, behavioural and transformational competencies needed to navigate the complex and evolving challenges of the Public Sector.
