NBCC completed Rs.110 Cr project in 14 Months only.

Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurated Kendriya GST Parisar, a residential project for officers and staff of CGST Mumbai Zone under the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 14.09.2022. The event was attended By Senior Officials of CGST, Ministry of Finance, Shri P.K. Gupta, CMD NBCC and others. Addressing the gathering, Finance Minister expressed special appreciation of NBCC for completing the Project in record time and cost even during the pandemic. Finance Minister said that, “it is exemplary and Proves that government organisations can excel and compete with the private sector as well. The project valuing 110 Cr. Was completed by NBCC in record 14 months within the stipulated Guidelines despite two waves of COVID 19. The project was completed with a saving of about 10%. The new campus is green and sustainable and conforming to GRIHA3 norms. Different types of 187 number of flats are spacious and nicely ventilated with best Fittings, fixtures, and lightings, and landscape podium.
