Union Budget 2025: What’s in It for Public Sector Enterprises?

New Delhi, 6th February 2025 — The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), in collaboration with Deloitte, organized an interactive session to decode key announcements from the Union Budget 2025. The session brought together economic, financial, and taxation experts to analyze new budget provisions and amendments, particularly their impact on Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs). Renowned economist Prof. N. R. Bhanumurthy and SCOPE’s Director General, Shri Atul Sobti, addressed the gathering. Experts from Deloitte presented an in-depth analysis of taxation updates and economic strategies introduced in the budget. The event witnessed participation from nearly 200 representatives of various PSEs in hybrid mode, along with a significant online presence through SCOPE’s social media channels.
