New Delhi, October 3, 2025: Shri T. S. C. Bosh today assumed charge as Director (Projects) of REC Limited following an order issued by the Ministry of Power after approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on October 1, 2025.
Known for his perseverance and professional integrity, Shri Bosh has built his career on capability and determination. Despite several challenges, he consistently chose merit over compromise and ultimately secured the leadership position at REC through his dedication and expertise.
With over 35 years of experience in the power sector, Shri Bosh has held key positions, including CEO of REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited and Executive Director (Engineering) at REC. He has been instrumental in implementing flagship government programmes such as the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana and Saubhagya Scheme, which brought electricity to millions of households and remote villages across the country.
At REC, he has overseen financing of critical projects in power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy, significantly contributing to the nation’s energy and infrastructure goals. His leadership in business development, project monitoring, human resources, IT, and CSR has further strengthened REC’s role as a trusted financial partner in India’s power sector.
Industry experts view his appointment as a boost to REC’s strategic vision and its continuing role in enabling India’s energy transformation.
