SCOPE’S AGLP 2.0 CONCLUDES
New Delhi, Oct 20, 2024. Shri Sanjai Kumar, CMD, RailTel; Shri Atul Sobti, DG, SCOPE and ILO Governing Body Member; Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL; Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR), NTPC; and Prof. Partha Priya Datta, IIM Calcutta Professor, addressed senior executives at SCOPE’s Advanced Global Leadership Program 2.0 (AGLP 2.0) concluding session. *GLOBAL LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE* AGLP 2.0, jointly organized with IIM Calcutta and University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, empowered 32 senior executives from 13 Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs). The program featured: – International training modules – Visits to WTO, ILO, IOE, OECD and GIZ – Strategic leadership insights – Global perspectives and innovation *DISTINGUISHED ATTENDEES* Shri Brajesh Kumar Upadhyay, SCOPE Vice Chairman and Goa Shipyard Ltd. CMD; Shri Vinay Ranjan, Coal India Ltd. Director (Personnel); and Shri Debi Prasad Satpathy, BEML Director (HR), attended alongside senior PSE officials. *SCOPE’S VISION* AGLP 2.0 aims to cultivate visionary leaders, equipping PSEs for global challenges. *KEY STATISTICS* – 32 senior executives participated – 13 PSEs represented – 3 international organizations visited *NEXT STEPS* SCOPE plans to continue nurturing leadership excellence in India’s public sector.
