New Delhi, May 16, 2025 : Public sector undertakings (PSUs) under the Ministry of Power, including NHPC, REC, and SJVN, have initiated the Swachhta Pakhwada campaign. In a statement released to NewsIP, these companies shared images of the campaign activities commenced at their respective offices. The campaign is scheduled to run from May 16, 2025, to May 31, 2025.
On this occasion, senior officials of the companies administered a pledge to promote awareness about cleanliness. Special programs aimed at educating the public on the importance of hygiene will be conducted under this initiative. This effort is seen as a significant step toward strengthening the Swachh Bharat Mission and advancing corporate social responsibility.
Through the Swachhta Pakhwada, these PSUs aim to elevate cleanliness standards at workplaces and surrounding areas, reflecting their commitment to environmental conservation and community welfare.
