New Delhi: In the fiscal year ending 2026, NBCC (India) Limited reported a record-breaking financial performance, marking a significant milestone in its operational history. The company’s total revenue on a standalone basis soared to Rs. 10,055.45 crore, an increase of 12.43% over the previous year. This growth is paired with an impressive rise in profit, with standalone profit after tax (PAT) climbing by 47.72% to reach Rs. 703.29 crore.

On a consolidated basis, NBCC saw its total income grow to Rs. 13,195.89 crore, up by 7.52% from the previous year. The profit before tax (PBT) and PAT on this basis also saw substantial increases of 31.30% and 33.19%, respectively.
In the final quarter of FY26 alone, NBCC’s standalone revenue was Rs. 3,965.05 crore, marking a significant 21.61% increase year-over-year. The company’s consolidated revenue for the same quarter, however, showed a slight decrease compared to the previous year.
The financial year also ended with NBCC declaring a dividend of Rs. 270 crore. The company secured new business worth Rs. 18,780 crore on a consolidated basis and Rs. 15,390 crore on a standalone basis. The order books as of the end of March 2026 stood impressively at Rs. 113,004 crore and Rs. 127,820 crore for standalone and consolidated accounts, respectively.
Looking ahead, NBCC is poised for continued growth with a robust business momentum and several key achievements under its belt. The company has been instrumental in resolving significant legal and strategic challenges, such as the Supreme Court-backed resolution of the Supertech project. This resolution is expected to significantly boost order inflows and project execution in the future.
NBCC has also made significant progress in major real estate and redevelopment projects, including the 37-D Green View Project in Gurugram and various redevelopment initiatives in Goa and Jammu & Kashmir. The company’s success in these projects is evident in their record-breaking sales and commercial monetization efforts, such as the Bharat Business Park and Phase-II FAR Amrapali Projects.
Internationally, NBCC has expanded its presence through strategic partnerships and memorandums of understanding in markets like Dubai, UAE, and Seychelles, enhancing its global project management consultancy capabilities.
