NBCC’s CMD Lauds Robust FY 2024-25 Results, Announces Dividend

New Delhi, May 29, 2025: K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC (India) Limited, stated, “Our strong financial performance and strategic initiatives position us robustly for future projects.” The company, a Navratna CPSE, approved its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a standalone net profit of ₹47,611.11 lakh and a consolidated net profit of ₹55,742.46 lakh.

Key Financial Highlights: • Standalone: Revenue from operations for FY 2024-25 stood at ₹8,72,535.55 lakh, with a quarterly net profit of ₹13,718.93 lakh. • Consolidated: The group achieved operational revenue of ₹12,03,857.24 lakh and a profit before tax of ₹75,501.61 lakh.

Dividend Announcement: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of 14% (₹0.14 per equity share) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹0.53 per share declared on February 11, 2025. The total dividend amounts to ₹0.67 per share, equating to ₹18,090 lakh on 27,000 lakh equity shares.

Bonus Shares: NBCC issued 90,00,00,000 fully paid-up bonus shares on October 7, 2024, in the ratio of one equity share for every two equity shares held.

New Initiatives: The company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC, in Dubai on April 23, 2025, and submitted a resolution plan for Celebration City Projects Private Limited on May 17, 2025.
