Under the guidance of Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman & Managing Director of HUDCO, and Dr. K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC (India) Limited, a significant collaboration was cemented with the signing of two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) on April 11, 2026. The formalization took place with the signatures of Smt. Radha Roy and Shri Bhushan Kumar, both Executive Directors at HUDCO, along with Shri Pradeep Sharma, Executive Director at NBCC. The event was attended by Functional Directors and senior officials from both entities.
These agreements facilitate the redevelopment of a leased plot located at Block No. 25, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place in New Delhi. Moreover, HUDCO will provide financial support for the ongoing and future self-sustainable projects of NBCC under terms that are mutually beneficial.
This strategic partnership is poised to accelerate the implementation of NBCC’s redevelopment initiatives, leveraging favorable financial terms to not only quicken the commencement of these projects but also to enhance profitability for their stakeholders. Overall, this alliance is set to elevate the asset value and bolster urban infrastructure development, marking a considerable advancement in asset monetization efforts.
