Noida, May 16, 2025: NBCC (India) Limited successfully concluded an electronic auction for 446 residential units at Aspire Silicon City, Noida, resulting in a total revenue of Rs 1,467.93 crore. The bids substantially exceeded the reserve price, indicating robust investor interest. The allocated funds will be utilised for loan repayment and ongoing project funding.
Aspire Silicon City, a Supreme Court-supervised project, provides contemporary amenities and a strategic location. The auction advances the completion of stalled Amrapali projects, thereby benefiting homebuyers. To date, five Amrapali projects, comprising 4,470 units and Rs 9,695.85 crore, have been auctioned.
