The 3-storey state-of-art building, implemented under Govt. of India Grant Assistance, flaunts a modern design & green features with a focus on thermal & sound insulation & high energy efficiency. Built at a cost of 30 million USD, NBCC completed the project within a scheduled time of 24 months.
