Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
In addition to the financial results, the Board may also deliberate on the declaration of a dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
