New Delhi: HUDCO, a government-owned corporation headquartered in New Delhi, recently released its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025. The company reported a total income of INR 2,924.64 crore for the quarter, a substantial increase from the previous quarter’s figure of INR 2,820.88 crore. This growth in income was primarily attributed to various sources such as interest income, dividend income, rental income, and net gains on fair value changes. The company reported total expenses of INR 2,088.24 crore for the quarter, resulting in a profit before tax of INR 857.23 crore.

After accounting for tax expenses, HUDCO reported a net profit for the period amounting to INR 630.23 crore. Additionally, the company disclosed other comprehensive income items, including re-measurement gains/losses on defined benefit plans and employee benefit expenses.

HUDCO’s total comprehensive income for the quarter stood at INR 313.86 crore. The company’s paid-up equity share capital remained constant at INR 2,001.90 crore, while its net worth and earnings per share showed positive trends compared to the previous periods.
