Delhi, July 20, 2025 – The Garhwal Patti Khatli Samajik Vikas Mandal recently hosted a successful Meritorious Student Felicitation Ceremony at Diva (Durga) Mandir in Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi. The event celebrated the academic achievements of students from Patti Khatli residing in the Delhi-NCR region, who excelled in classes 10 and 12 during the 2024–25 academic year.
Aside from honoring top-performing students, the ceremony also featured engaging competitions for younger participants. A drawing competition was held for students in classes 1-5, while a quiz contest entertained students from classes 6-12. The enthusiastic participation of students added vibrancy to the event.
The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests Mr. Piyush Singh, Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Power, and Ms. Tanuja Joshi, Managing Director of Venu Eye Institute. Their presence added prestige to the occasion. The event was supported by NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation).
In his address, Mr. Piyush Singh shared inspiring words, stating, “There is no substitute for hard work, and knowledge is the greatest wealth.” His message resonated with students and parents alike, serving as a beacon of motivation.
