AIIMS Residential Redevelopment Kicks Off with Bhoomi Pujan Ceremony in New Delhi

New Delhi: The Bhoomi Pujan Ceremony for Phase I of the AIIMS Residential Redevelopment Scheme at West Ansari Nagar, New Delhi, recently marked a pivotal milestone in sustainable urban development. Esteemed leaders, including Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC, and Smt Ritu Pande, CVO, NBCC, graced the event, underscoring its significance for corporate stakeholders and the healthcare infrastructure sector.

NBCC (India) Ltd is spearheading the construction of 156 Type-V residential quarters, a Rs.144 crore project designed to deliver modern, eco-friendly housing for the AIIMS community. This phase also includes 117 Type-IV special quarters, with NBCC allocating Rs.180 crore as seed capital, recoverable through project revenues, aligning with innovative public-private partnership models.

Following the triumph of the World Trade Center at Nauroji Nagar, which boosted investor trust in NBCC’s urban transformation expertise, this initiative highlights trending focus areas like sustainable infrastructure, smart city solutions, and healthcare ecosystem growth.

The AIIMS redevelopment strengthens NBCC’s portfolio, offering corporate investors a prime opportunity to engage in transformative, high-impact real estate projects shaping India’s future.
