Our staff are working round the clock to deliver all the essential services that you require – LPG refill deliveries are just a call away and our retail outlets are open all over the country at the scheduled times. For all our industrial customers, special arrangements have been made to ensure deliveries on time

Our refineries, supply locations, vast dealer and distributor network and our staff are fully geared up to provide products and services, in these challenging circumstances. I would like to reassure all the LPG customers that enough and more stock of LPG and cylinders are available with BPCL and also with the other Oil Companies. There is no need to panic, please stay at home and we will deliver LPG cylinders at your doorstep.

With a view to motivate the delivery staff and also as a welfare measure, BPCL has announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs. 5 lakhs to the family of deliveryman in case of unfortunate event of death, which has been well received by them. Additionally, we have initiated the process of transfer of cost of one LPG cylinder to the bank account of PMUY customers which would enable them to avail the first LPG cylinder free of cost. This, in addition to meeting the announcement of the Government of India of free LPG cylinders, would ensure that the benefit reaches the genuine and right beneficiary. I would also like to take this opportunity to remind and urge you and your family to follow diligently all the advisories issued by the Government with respect to lockdown, personal hygiene, isolation and social distancing. Let us all do our bit in defeating this deadly virus as prevention is our only defence in the current scenario.
