REC ने 4.75% ब्याज दर पर 500 मिलियन डॉलर के हरित डॉलर बॉन्ड जारी किए
गुरुग्राम, 27 सितंबर 2024: आरईसी लिमिटेड ने सफलतापूर्वक अपने 10 अरब डॉलर के ग्लोबल मीडियम टर्म प्रोग्राम के तहत 500 मिलियन डॉलर के 5 साल के हरित बॉन्ड जारी किए हैं। ये बॉन्ड 4.75% प्रति वर्ष की सेमी-एनुअल कूपन दर के साथ 27 सितंबर 2029 को मैच्योर होंगे।
इस जारी किए गए बॉन्ड की आय का उपयोग जलवायु परिवर्तन पहल के अनुसार हरित परियोजनाओं के वित्तपोषण के लिए किया जाएगा। आरईसी के ग्रीन फाइनेंस फ्रेमवर्क और आरबीआई के ईसीबी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार यह परियोजनाएं चलाई जाएंगी।
इस बॉन्ड जारी करने में आरईसी ने भारतीय एनबीएफआई द्वारा 5 साल के यूएसडी जारी करने के लिए अब तक का सबसे कम फैलाव हासिल किया है। यह आरईसी की मजबूत क्रेडिट प्रोफाइल और भारत की हरित और स्थायी बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास में प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।
