New Delhi: During the India Energy Week 2025 (IEW25) at the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) pavilion, Director of Human Resources, Ms. Rashmi Govil, spoke with NewsIP. She highlighted that this year’s event focuses on energy transition, and IOCL is presenting a bouquet of green energy initiatives.
Ms. Govil stated, “We are showcasing various aspects of green energy, but at the same time, Indian Oil has its own core business, which we are advancing alongside.”
Emphasizing the role of Human Resources (HR), she added, “HR plays a crucial role in all these endeavors. We will make every effort to ensure that IOCL successfully fulfills the Prime Minister’s net-zero mission.”
Ms. Rashmi Govil has been associated with Indian Oil since 1994 and has played a pivotal role in transforming work culture and talent through key initiatives focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being.  Her remarks indicate that IOCL is progressing towards green energy while giving equal importance to its core business, with the HR department playing a significant role in this transition.
