SHIMLA: 27.05.24: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has proposed Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma for the esteemed role of Director (Personnel) at SJVN, a prominent Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Power.
This decision follows a rigorous interview process conducted on May 24, 2024, where he excelled among eleven candidates. Presently, Sh. Sharma holds the position of General Manager in the Corporate Human Resources department at SJVN.
Since joining SJVN in October 2009, Sh. Sharma has been a key figure in the HR department at the Corporate Headquarters in Shimla.
His contributions encompass various HR fields, including Manpower Planning, Administration, Industrial Relations & Welfare, HR Policy, Training & Development, and HR Procurement.
Before SJVN, he amassed valuable experience at the Steel Authority of India Limited from 1996 to 2009. Sh. Sharma’s extensive career spans over two decades, bringing substantial expertise in human resources and industrial operations to his new role.
