New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has successfully conducted its 20th auction for the sale of commercial space in the prestigious World Trade Centre located in Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.

The auction saw the sale of a whopping 1.98 lakh sq.ft built-up area, with a total value of Rs. 821.02 crore. Of this, 1.23 lakh sq.ft. area, with a sale value of Rs. 518.08 crore, was sold to private entities.

This latest auction brings the total area sold by the company through open e-auction to 17.79 lakh sq.ft, with a sale value of Rs. 7194.10 crore. The NBCC’s continued success in these auctions is a testament to the high demand for commercial space in the World Trade Centre, and the company’s ability to deliver quality properties to its clients.
