Goa: IEW24.Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has introduced “Pure for Sure,” a groundbreaking initiative revolutionizing the LPG delivery experience. Launched at IEW 2024 in Goa by the Honorable Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Housing and Urban Affairs, the initiative aims to eliminate last-mile delivery inefficiencies, setting a new standard for customer satisfaction. “Pure for Sure” ensures Quality & Quantity assurance in LPG cylinders delivered directly to customers’ doorsteps, a pioneering service in the nation.
At the heart of the initiative is a tamper-proof seal with QR codes, safeguarding the cylinder’s integrity from production to delivery. Customers can authenticate their cylinders through QR code scans, displaying essential details like gross weight at filling. In case of tampering, the QR code becomes unscannable, preventing delivery and ensuring product safety.
Mr. G. Krishnakumar, C&MD of BPCL, expressed pride in extending the “Pure For Sure” initiative, emphasizing the company’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions in the LPG delivery ecosystem. The Director (Marketing) highlighted the initiative’s ability to address age-old issues and improve efficiency in the LPG ecosystem.
“Pure for Sure” features advanced elements such as Delivery Notifications, Real-time Tracking, OTP-based Delivery, and Preferred Slot Booking, promising an unparalleled service experience. The initiative also benefits the distribution channel with AI-based route optimization for delivery personnel and plans to introduce women into the LPG ecosystem.
