BPCL Strengthens Aviation Fueling Capabilities with Cutting-Edge Hydrant Facilities at MOPA

Mumbai/Goa, May 21st, 2024: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a leading downstream oil producer, has inaugurated state-of-the-art hydrant facilities at Manohar International Airport (MOPA) in north Goa.
This strategic expansion aims to cater to the growing refueling demands of the new greenfield airport, supplementing the existing Naval airport in Dabolim.
The advanced hydrant facility, spanning 6 acres, boasts a storage capacity of 8,270 KL and features an automated console for efficient and safe fuel distribution.
This milestone marks a significant step in BPCL’s commitment to enhancing aviation infrastructure, supporting the robust growth of the sector.
With this expansion, BPCL operates 75 aviation fueling stations nationwide, poised to meet the rising demands of India’s domestic air passenger traffic.
