New Delhi: Punjab National Bank is celebrating Vigilance Awareness Week 2019 starting from 28.10.2019 to 02.11.2019, with this year’s Central Vigilance Commission suggested theme of Integrity-a way of Life. The Vigilance Awareness Week, was kick started on 28.10.2019 with Integrity Pledge administered to all the staff members posted at the Corporate Office of the Bank by CVO, Vijay Kumar Tyagi and ED, Agyey Kumar Azad. L V Prabhakar, ED, while delivering the keynote address emphasized the importance of integrity in the development of bank and the nation in all walks of life.
The CVO urged to spread the message of “Integrity – a way of Life” by all units / offices of the bank all over the length and breadth of country by organizing various in-house and outreach activities. Bank has organized Essay Writing Competition, Online Quiz on Preventive Vigilance and bringing Preventive Vigilance Maintaining on technology portal. The winners were felicitated. On this occasion Bank launched revamped e Learning Portal. An in-house Journal, named PNB Vigil, was also released
